Our bodies tell a story. They tell us how well we are treating ourselves and our planet. How we care for each of these is interconnected. If we find ourselves struggling physically or emotionally we need to use the wisdom of our bodies, emotions, and the earth to bring healing to ourselves and the world we live in. In this 4-part Dragonfly Series, we will begin to look at our food systems, eating patterns, activity, thought patterns, past wounds and connection to the environment to bring healing within and to our world.
